Anti spatter sprays prevent from adhesion of spatter resulting from welding to the tools, equipment and welded surfaces in different welding methods. Therefore, it eliminates the need for sanding and spatter elimination works.
Rasis anti spatter spray is a solvent-based agent and has a mild odor and does not inflame easily. It is a suitable agent that removes the spatters from surfaces without any corrosive effect on the applied surface. The product is made of materials that does not affect the ozone layer and is silicon free. Therefore our product is a serious competitor for the similar products. It is easily cleaned from the surface and does not impose any limitation to painting or galvanization process.
It is applied on all welding and cutting equipment, flame cover and all other surfaces exposed to spotter, including nozzles, electrode holders, fixtures, insulators, and all other equipment used in welding process.
Shake the spray well and apply it on the surface from 20-25 cm distance. Spray on all parts of flame cover and nozzles by turning around it.
Since all chemicals are classed as toxic and hazardous materials, never inhale it and avoid its direct contact with skin, specially eyes. Avoid its drinking. It should be applied in a well-ventilated place and the wear special glass, gloves and mask during application.
