In this field, we produce and supply to other factories different types of sprays used in quality control and research laboratories by utilization of our accurate and precise equipment and the experienced staff. Our production capacity in this field is five hundred thousand sprays a year.

Production and formulation of various sprays and chemicals: In this field, we manufacture and supply different types of sprays including lubricants, clays, separators, paints, waxes, cleaning agents, and more. Our production capacity in this area is two million sprays and one hundred tons of clays, paints, detergents, and cleaning agents annually.

Impregnation Process
The term impregnation in lexicology means saturation. In casting and metallurgy, however, it refers to filling the voids and porosity of metal parts with a suitable filling material. In other words, it involves saturating the porous areas of metal components with appropriate material to make them sealed and impermeable.
In the field of producing all kinds of sprays, including lubricants, clay, separators, paints, waxes, cleaners, crack detectors, welding sprays and all kinds of clay, detergents and paints are produced. The production capacity of our company in this field is 2 million sprays and 100 tons of clay, paint and detergents per year. Also, in the field of formulation and production of sprays and other chemical products, we produce and supply to other factories all kinds of sprays used in quality control and research laboratories using precise and accurate equipment and experienced staff. Our production capacity in this field is five hundred thousand sprays per year. And finally, in the field of cracks and porosity in the micron-sized casting metal parts, we impregnate them using thermoset methacrylate resins in a vacuum. Due to the high resistance of these resins in the range of temperature and chemical environments, they work well under a wide range of temperature, pressure and chemical environments. The license of this technology was purchased from the British company MX System and only to provide services with an annual capacity of 400 tons of different metals.
